2026 ELECTION
City of Mulberry 2026 Municipal Election: Tuesday, April 07, 2026
Pursuant to Florida Statutes § 101.252, when only one candidate qualifies for an office, that candidate’s name is not placed on the ballot and the candidate is declared elected.
Because only one candidate qualified for each open seat in the 2026 Municipal Election, all candidates are unopposed. Accordingly, no election will be held and no voting will take place in the City of Mulberry on Election Day for the 2026 Municipal Election.
The duly qualified candidates will be sworn into office at the City Commission Meeting on May 5, 2026.

The election qualifying period for the 2026 City of Mulberry Regular Municipal Election: 12:00pm Monday, February 09, 2026 - 12:00pm Friday, February 20, 2026
Qualifiers
The following candidates qualified for the April 07, 2026, City of Mulberry Regular Municipal Election:
Seat/District 1 (At Large):
Neil Devine, Incumbent
Seat/District 3:
Rosa Ayersman, Incumbent
Seat/District 5:
Collins "Coach" Smith, Incumbent
